I couldn&#039;t agree with you more!!! 

Unfortunately, we have a lot of &#039;questionable&#039; reptile shops in the UK and more often that not I see posts on a forum I use saying how they had a massive arguement with the store owner and were asked to leave &#039;even though I was trying to help the animal&#039;.  If they were to take the approach used by yourself we probably wouldn&#039;t have so many bad shops and us brits wouldn&#039;t have the reputation as a &#039;lynch mob&#039;!

I, for certain, will try this the next time I see any problems and hope that many will follow suit.
